Dr. Thomas Seib

Dr. Thomas SeibI chose a career in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation due to an innate fascination with orthopedics, neurology and the body's ability to heal after an injury.  I strongly believe in individual care, active listening and open communication.  It is essential to routinely reevaluate the rehabilitation process, focusing only on those treatments that are productive and useful.  I incorporate a variety of treatment modalities.  These include physical and occupational therapy, ergonomics training, psychological support, nutritional assessment, sleep evaluation, massage, chiropractic's, acupuncture and/or medication management.  My goal is to actively engage patients in their rehabilitation process leading them to a successful recovery.

As a native of Washington, I enjoy the great northwest.  Most weekends are centered around our two children, and their activities.  I also enjoy spending time with my wife, Cindy.  When I can find the time, I enjoy watching a good college football game or cruising Lake Washington in our boat.
